A mindful journey of pleasure and taste for more connection with yourself and others – with vegan fine chocolate. Indulge your senses in a transformative journey of self-discovery and mindfulness as we gather for a fun, delicious and engaging chocolate tasting.
While our everyday lives can be characterised by a hectic pace, stress and a never-ending to-do list, we will take you on a taste journey where mindfulness takes centre stage and you enjoy chocolate with all your senses.
All five senses are addressed in this tasting: sight, smell, taste, sound and touch. Experience how your perception is trained and how the flavours are perceived more consciously.
The chocolate serves as a focus tool to help you concentrate on the moment without distraction and train your mindfulness. The ability to bring your thoughts into the present has physical, mental and emotional benefits. You come to rest, strengthen your focus and also promote chocolate enjoyment.
In our workshop, we turn you into real chocolate experts and accompany you on an inner journey with all your senses – away from stress and towards peace!
We will give you a comprehensive introduction and provide you with background knowledge as well as tips and tricks on how to take this into your everyday lives.
With mindfulness exercises, dialogue and Q&A sessions, and of course delicious treat for the taste buds!
